Wing Chun Questions 25 Dealing with a Taller Bigger Opponent

In this clip I talk  about dealing with Taller and Bigger opponents using CSL Wing Chun Body Structure Skills and some advance Chi Sao skills.

I show an insight into loading weight. Linking  structure. The timing of delinking.  As well as correct positioning and angles.

I show how to control a stronger opponent and explain the timing required to hold and correctly release the incoming pressure.

Also a key skill to higher level Chi Sao applications –  working via the body control rather as single attacks.  Taking control so the opponent can not react in time to your attack.

Plus much more! Enjoy

  1. Great introduction on some basic linking and delinking with regards to structure. i like the floating and i agree 100% about the lack of forward momentum in alot of the Chi Sau you see on Utube etc. It looks more like Gor Sau to me
