Found this course very helpful in that it has definitely unlocked some levels in my understanding and execution of the form. Especially in terms of the energies within it. I always felt the fen sau’s in my form were clunky and felt strange in my body. After watching the course and your explanation and analogy of using the body to whip out power like bamboo with a strong heavy base – the movement definitely feels more comfortable and powerful now and i can visualise the application much more clearly. The lateral movement of the spine was missing in my form before and has made a big difference. Also, my turning elbows have improved, they feel more powerful, more stable. The idea of having transverse connection between the upper and lower bows makes more sense within my body now. Many thanks ?
