    Very good course for developing good solid basic skills due to high repetition these can be performed at. A great way to warm up at the start of a training session – I usually do up to 50 reps of each. The details in the movement are very helpful. The emphasis on visualization when doing these drills is important as a self reference when solo training. These drills have been great during the COVID 19 situation for myself and my students during our online sessions. I always tell my guys that every rep should improve on the previous one. Thanks again Sifu.
