This is the 3rd part of the SNT form demonstrating correct execution of the form as well as the various applications hidden within the forms movements.
There are elements in Sifu Alan Orrs form that are highly refined and including vital information that are just outright missing from other forms I have seen. If like me you have felt as though there is something missing from the Wing Chun you have studied in the past, these courses will feel like the missing link.
