    I remember when training with Alan he would actively seek our questions, pushing us to fully understand what we were doing and why, and taking ownership of your learning. Alan’s online content is still the same process, except you have 24 hour access to his teachings, which is great as he has a lot of information to absorb!

    SNT is a very important form in understanding the foundations of this system, if not the most important form of Wing Chun.

    This course is full of key fundamentals presented clearly and in great detail. Every time I watch it, I come away with a better understanding of wing chun and my body. The value of these courses cannot be overstated.
