Awesome course on Chum Kiu Application on chi sao
This is a terrific course on gaining some solid principles on how Chum Kiu is adapted for Chi Sao usage.
I specifically like how the course is well organised and delivered in a concise manner which is a big help when it comes to reviewing the videos and studying specific techniques etc.
There’s a lot of detail in the videos, so I suggest taking notes for reference, but everything that is there is focused and to the point of what is being taught.
What is truly unique about this course is the focus on reacting to specific motions, timings and angles by using appropriate techniques and structure.
This isn’t just a case of using a specific move from CK form – it will cover why that move is used and how you should be applying it with your structure which is invaluable information.
