Great addition to the CSL system
Really enjoyed the Gu Lau courses. Simple to understand point/techniques which can be layered to create effective drills. Looking forward to learning more.
In this series of lessons Alan Orr Sifu not only shows how each of the foundational points can be applied, but also how each point relates to the Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun Kuen system on the whole.
If I could give this course more stars, I would. These descriptions and visual aids for the applications are incredibly useful tools for learning the principles and points, all of which would’ve remained a mystery were it not for being on the academy! Appreciation can not be understated.
