Alan Orr is a renowned teacher who has been involved in the Health, Fitness and Martial Arts for over 35 years. He has trained with many of the leaders in their own fields.

Alan has traveled the world to find and train with the best Martial Arts and Healing teachers in the world. He teaches martial arts, fitness and healing all over the world conducting seminars.

He is based in Tauranga in New Zealand where he teaches weekly classes and private training.
