CSL Wing Chun Boxing Skills - Spring Punch to Cross Step Drill

So in this clip we are showing a drill which helps with distance and timing but also steps up a great power shot to break your opponents structure and open up a good body shot.


First Punch is a Spring Punch, the you can either throw your rear hand Spring Punch in your stance or as shown the opponent moves back from the first attack so you Cross Step as you throw the second punch.  The third punch is wide open to land to the body from this angle now.
