  CSL Chinese Boxing Applications & Combinations
  Deepen your understanding of body structure and advanced movement

• CSL Sticky Boxing
  Safe, skill-testing body glove sparring & conditioning.
  (Bring 14 oz boxing gloves)

Group Dinner: Saturday evening — all invited!
(Dinner cost not included in camp fee)

• CSL Chi Sao Master Class 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Applications and Chi Na 

• Explore internal skills and real-time energy flow.
