Saturday

• Session 1: 1:30 – 3:30 PM
  CSL Advanced Form Applications & Combinations
  Deepen your understanding of body structure and advanced movement.

• Session 2: 4:00 – 6:30 PM
  CSL Sticky Boxing
  Safe, skill-testing body glove sparring & conditioning.
  (Bring 14 oz boxing gloves)

Group Dinner: Saturday evening — all invited!
(Dinner cost not included in camp fee)

• Session 3: 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  Gu Lao Major Points
  Key concepts from the Gu Lao Wing Chun tradition.

• Session 4: 1:30 – 4:00 PM
  Chi Sao Master Class
  Explore internal skills and real-time energy flow.
