UK CSL Training Camp with Aaron Baum

Its summer in the UK, so time for mad dogs and English men to meet up and have fun forging skills and friendships together.  The Wolf pack were in good form lead by Aaron Baum with other CSL Instructors Michael Bark from Italy and Russell Moorcroft from Maidstone Kent.  Lots of skills development but also some team bonding and controlled pressure testing.

This clip is of Aaron and Michael doing a Milling Drill. The idea is not full power as often done in milling, but controlled power with non-stop pressure.
