This is an old  archive clip of  my guys Aaron Baum and Neil Broadbent sparring.

The guys are using CSL Wing Chun Principles in MMA sparring. The sparring is controlled and shows how you can spar with all ranges and all skills in a safe way and develop your tools and conditioning.
