Hi Guys
In this clip I share some insights into how we train the BJD in CSL Wing Chun Kuen.
My teacher Robert Chu Sifu taught me to have the 'The mind of a butcher' when training the blades. I think that was a very important lesson for me at the time, as it has never left my training with the BJD.
