This is a need demo of Chin Na Flow by UK Head Instructor Aaron Baum

Aaron -

Flowing between positions in Chin Na. All with the idea that it sets up strikes and throws, rather than just wrestling or grappling. We are a striking art, but we use all positions to be able to do this. Guillotine to Anaconda control…….to Anaconda's choke….to Darce control and choke ….to Under hook or Over hook with Gum Sau Control….alternating chin control and guillotine choke one side to the other ….to strike or throw and finish with SNT control….and repeat
