Chi Sao with Chin Na Live round looking for the real time skills

In this Clip live training to develop skills in real time using Chi Sao and Chin Na grappling is shown. Many teachers just show demo's which are set up or framed to give the outcome they want. The problem is real martial arts is live, and the skill must be live. Of course one must train forms, drill etc. but these must then develop into live training to become real skills
