His pioneering work highlights the therapeutic potential of martial arts and ancient movement practices for overcoming trauma and fostering holistic health.

A qualified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), bone setting, herbology, Qigong as well as a sports scientist graduate (Manchester Metropolitan University) Sifu Vik seamlessly combines these healing arts with his studies in Daoism, Buddhism, psychotherapy, counseling, and somatic movement practices. This unique fusion of ancient wisdom and contemporary methodologies has allowed him to develop transformative therapies for the "BodyMind," helping individuals achieve positivity, harmony, and flow in their lives.

Sifu Vik’s commitment to preserving and advancing traditional martial arts, esoteric practices, and TCM is evident in his extensive travels across Asia, where he studied under and interviewed esteemed Sifus. These experiences, documented for his followers, highlight his dedication to sharing and safeguarding sacred wisdom. He frequently leads seminars across the United States, providing his insights and techniques to a wide range of audiences. His academic foundation in sport science further strengthens his ability to connect traditional practices with modern research and understanding.
