CSL Wing Chun September Camp with Alan Orr Sifu and Aaron Baum Sifu. Two 2.5 hours sessions per day. Learn from the experience of a battle tested system with teachers at the front of martial arts development.

14th Brighton          Sun 10.00 am to 3.00 pm
 
Sat - CSL Chinese Boxing Skills will have a focus on Defending and Attacking Takedowns when striking. 
 
Sun - The Chi Sao Training will have a focus on Defending and Attacking Chin Na (Grappling) submissions and Control when striking.  
 
Both days gradings will be held via review of the days training and end of day testing. Sat will be for CSL Sanda system and Sun for CSL Wing Chun system.
