CSL Wing Chun Basic Structure Drill – Swiss Ball Wall Drill Part 3 Partner Exercise

Part 3 Swiss Ball Wall Drill

Partner Drill

So now after the Wall Drill we look at the next basic Swiss Ball Drill. This is a partner drill so it is the progression from you Wall Test as it is more alive and requires more awareness of timing and movement.

This is a great way to test your basic body structure and leads on to more advance skill development. With these basic skills you can not active use your force flow under pressure.
